Open Position: Director of Business Development

Would you like a lucrative and rewarding career as a business coach and professional trainer? 

This self starter will be independent and have very strong prospecting skills, communication skills, presentation skills, follow up skills, and closing skills. Responsible for identifying, qualifying, selling to, and closing target customers. Experienced in identifying customers who have challenges growing their businesses and who are in need of proven processes and methodologies.  

The ideal candidate will be trained and certified in Sandler Training methodologies.  Once certified, you will be responsible for coaching and training clients Sandler Training's award winning curriculum, assisting clients to achieve/ exceed their growth objectives.  

Creating, maintaining, and executing a rolling 30/60/90 territory plan is required. In addition accurately forecasting your monthly and quarterly bookings results are required.  Your personal revenue quota for the Massachusetts territory is $500,000 a year ($125,000 per quarter) and at quota your annual income would be $200,000. Income accelerators are provided when quota is exceeded.
